Undecided Major Minor Lunch - College Student Shirt
Changed majors twice, added a minor out of panic, dropped it after one statistics class. The advisor keeps a folder now, and the folder is thick. None of that is the hard part. The hard part is the dining hall at 12:15, four stations, one meal swipe and a line forming behind you. A funny college shirt for the student still filling out the major declaration form in pencil, and the parent who has paid for three semesters of exploring. Graduation is on the calendar. Lunch was cereal again.
THE FINE PRINT
UNDECIDED in a wide varsity arch, and under it, straight and much smaller, (MAJOR, MINOR, LUNCH) with both commas and the parentheses intact. Block capitals ringed by a thin outline with a sliver of shirt between, cracked through every letter. One white ink.

Is it okay to be undecided in college?
Yes. Most colleges do not require a declared major until around the end of sophomore year, and the first year of general education courses counts toward almost any degree. Taking an intro class in a field you are curious about is the fastest way to rule it in or out. Lunch has no declaration deadline.
How many times do people change their major?
About a third of students who declare a major change it at least once within three years, according to federal education data, and about one in ten changes it more than once. Switching early costs less, because fewer credits go unused. Switching three times mostly costs time at the advising office.
What should I eat for lunch?
Something with protein and fiber holds you longer than a plate of fries: a grain bowl, a sandwich on whole wheat, eggs, or leftovers from a dinner you already liked. If choosing is the problem, decide the night before or rotate the same three lunches. Cereal counts in an emergency.
